Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation:
  • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This payment is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
  1. Urgent Bookings:
  • While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, urgent bookings will only be accepted subject to our workload. To ensure a smooth correspondence, we recommend coordinating with us at least one week in advance.
  1. Response Time:
  • Our team endeavours to respond promptly to all inquiries. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response, and your patience is greatly appreciated.
  1. Working Hours:
  • Our standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While we may respond to inquiries outside of these hours, this is not guaranteed, and responses will be optional.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, online deposit.
  • Payment schedules: 50% deposit upon booking, balance due 3 days prior to event.
  • Late payment fees: PKR 1500/day.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • In the event of cancellation, charges will apply as per our vendors’ policies. Please note that these charges vary and will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
  1. Client Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate information and communication.
  • Respect and cooperate fully with CDE Team and its vendors.
  • Ensure all decisions and approvals are made in a timely manner.
  • Respectfully follow the policies of our company.
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • Casa De Events retains ownership and copyright of all creative materials, designs, and content created.
  • Client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use, not for commercial exploitation.
  1. Liability and Indemnification:
  • Casa De Events’ liability is limited to the amount of fees paid.
  • Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Casa De Events against any claims, damages, or legal actions.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • Casa De Events is excused from fulfilling obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
  • Notice will be provided, and a mutually agreeable solution will be sought.
  1. Dispute Resolution:
  • Parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal actions.
  • Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third-party mediator.

Refund Policies

  1. Deposit Refund:
  • If the client cancels the event 15 Days prior to the event date, a 50% Deposit refundable beyond the advance payment. After that Nonrefundable
  1. Payment Refund:
  • If the client cancels the event 10 days prior to the event date, a partial refund of 20% beyond the advance payment is granted.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
  • In such cases, a full or partial refund will be considered, depending on the circumstances.
  1. Quality Guarantee:
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they must notify the company in writing within 7 days of the event.
  • The company will investigate and, if necessary, provide a partial refund or discount on future services.
